When Amanda Cromhout, the founder and CEO of Truth, invites you onto the Blind Loyalty Challenge, expect two things: rapid-fire questions and zero fluff. In her series, Amanda sparks spontaneous loyalty insights by interviewing industry leaders without prep or polish—cutting straight to the point.

Jakub Socha, Head of Sales at Comarch, recently took on the challenge and delivered sharp, practical insights for anyone building or managing a loyalty program.

His biggest takeaway? Communication is everything. Even the best-designed program won’t deliver results if members don’t know what to do, how to do it, or why it’s worth their time. As Jakub put it, “a loyalty program without the communications is just a big chunk of money that's been spent”.

He also shared his take on what brands should really be looking for in a loyalty tech partner—and revealed his personal favorite loyalty channel for driving member engagement.
